Keto Recipes: Magnificent Baked Kale Chips

Keto Ingredients

1 bunch kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon flaked sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Remove kale leaves from stem and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash kale thoroughly. Drizzle olive oil onto kale leaves. Toss kale leaves to combine with olive oil. Spread out evenly onto baking sheet. Sprinkle salt on top.
  3. Cook 20 minutes or until edges of kale start to brown.
