Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Remove kale leaves from stem and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash kale thoroughly. Drizzle olive oil onto kale leaves. Toss kale leaves to combine with olive oil. Spread out evenly onto baking sheet. Sprinkle salt on top.
- Cook 20 minutes or until edges of kale start to brown.
